Returns
Returns are acceptable for a maximum period of 30 days from the purchased date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You must contact our sales department and receive a ROI number. You will need this number to return your item. Returned items without a ROI number will not be processed.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in mint condition, unused and in the same conditions you received it. It needs to be in the original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or warehouse.

In certain situations, we may grant partial refunds only (if applicable).

Examples:

  • An item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In case of you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account first, or contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In addition, there may be some processing time before a refund is posted to your account, please check your refund with your bank, or credit card provider.

If after all attempts and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email at support@rhalyns.com.

Items on Sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, when applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that depending on the region where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to arrive.

It is recommended to use a traceable shipping service, or to purchasing shipping insurance when  shipping items over $75.

We can not and will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
