RHALYNS REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted for a maximum period of 30 days from the day you received your item, Please observe that some restrictions apply. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase/receipt, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You must contact our sales department and receive an ROI number. You will need this number to return your item. Returned items without an ROI number will not be processed and you will not be refunded.
Before purchasing in our store, please read the shipping and delivery information. Requests for refunds or to cancel an order after it has been completed, even tho you have not yet received your item, will not be processed.
Our department store does not maintain an inventory and when you place an order, we will pay our supplier to ship it to you and no refunds will be applied if you fail to read the shipping and delivery information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in mint condition, unused and in the same conditions you received it. It needs to be in the original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or warehouse.
In certain situations, we may grant partial refunds only (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and after approval.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In case you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account first, or contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
In addition, there may be some processing time before a refund is posted to your account, please check your refund with your bank, or credit card provider.

Items on Sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the similar item, send us an email at [email protected] Note that the shipping cost is at customer expense.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, when applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that depending on the region where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to arrive.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service, or to purchasing shipping insurance when shipping items over $75.
We can not and will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
