WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time for all products varies according to the country of destination. For delivery in the US, the delivery time is approximately of 12 to 22 days from the date of purchase. Canada and England it may take up to 30 days.

RHALYNS provide FREE SHIPPING worldwide. To maintain the quality and low cost for our customers, your product will be shipped by airmail or EMS, unless other shipping method is chosen by the customer.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We ship via USPS, Airmail, EMS for all of our deliveries, depending on the destination.

We also offer DHL or FEDEX shipping. For these shippingm method, contact customer service.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return your product, please email to support@rhalyns.com to know the shipping address details or check our Refund Policy

Since we offer FREE shipping for most of our products, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please write or print the order number inside your return shipping box for faster refund.

WHY MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING AND NOT ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDERS?

We are offering free shipping on entire store, some products may not have a tracking option due to economy free shipping. However, we provide a tracking number for most all orders shipped.

We work hard to make every product cheap for you, our customers. We guarantee that you will receive the order as displayed in our delivery time frame on our website. If for some reason, you do not receive your package within the time frame posted on our website for your product, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a solution for you.

WHAT ABOUT V.A.T CALCULATION?

We cannot control what various countries around the world charge their citizens for additional taxes or custom duties, and it is up to the buyers to find out, and pay these additional tax upon the receiving the product. Please contact your local post office or local government for more details.

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

We only offer 100% refund if the product is not as described or is damaged. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. You must return your purchase on its original package and in mint conditions.
